Description
The Principal Engineer – Integration Services will establish and lead the Integration Services capability across Internal Products, defining reusable enterprise integration architecture, APIs, messaging, data flows, and shared engineering services. The role provides senior technical leadership across major transformation programmes, including the Commercial Technology Programme; builds and develops the engineering team; establishes operating models, quality engineering, CI/CD, reliability, observability, and operational excellence; and coordinates with engineering leaders, vendors, and technology partners. The position requires significant experience in enterprise integration, shared platform capabilities, technical leadership, and transformation programmes, with a 50% hybrid working model and benefits including medical cover.
