Description
UiPath is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to build and lead the Intelligent Document Processing and Context Grounding platform that enables enterprise AI agents to ingest, understand, retrieve, and reason over large volumes of documents. The role combines hands-on engineering leadership with architecture, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, AI product delivery, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should have 10+ years building large-scale software systems, significant production AI experience, strong backend engineering skills in Python and/or C#, and expertise in distributed systems, APIs, microservices, RAG, vector search, and enterprise platforms.
