Description
Renesas is hiring an experienced leader to define and drive the wafer process roadmap for its Intelligent Power Devices product line. The role owns end-to-end wafer process development, process releases, specifications, reliability and safety requirements for automotive applications, risk and schedule management, process evaluation, and team mentoring. Candidates need 8–10+ years of IPD or Power MOS process/device development experience, leadership experience, and extensive knowledge of Power MOS, driving methods, fault cases, loading, reliability, and process/device design; CMOS, TCAD, EMC/ESD, package technology, semiconductor physics, and thermal design are preferred.
