United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Field Services L3 Principal Engineer in India to lead end-user computing support for the IKC site, manage field services engineers, contractors, and the IKC Tech Hub, and provide technical direction for more than 1,300 employees. The role covers break/fix, refresh programs, device lifecycle management, security, governance, SLA performance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. It requires a bachelor's or associate degree or applicable IT certification, 8–10 years of IT experience, hands-on Generative AI and Agentic AI experience, English fluency, and the ability to work without visa sponsorship. The position requires 25% travel to countries in APAC and the United States.
