T&M Associates is hiring an experienced Site/Civil Engineer for its Land Development team. The role prepares site designs, technical reports, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and contract documents; performs zoning, feasibility, and due diligence analyses; models stormwater systems; coordinates permits; and supports project delivery and leadership responsibilities. It is based in one of three New Jersey offices, offers a hybrid work environment, and requires a civil engineering degree, at least eight years of relevant land development experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and stormwater modeling software. The estimated salary is $105,000–$135,000, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
