Weave is hiring a Principal Engineer for its Machine Learning Team to lead the design and delivery of scalable ML infrastructure, AI platforms, and voice and audio GenAI solutions. The role partners with engineering managers, staff engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to establish architectural standards, mentor senior engineers, and drive strategic technical initiatives across healthcare communication products. It requires extensive software engineering, machine learning, distributed systems, cloud, and GenAI experience, and is a remote position based in the United States.
