Micron Technology is hiring a Principal Engineer in Process Development – Advance Thin Film to lead the strategic development, integration, scaling, and technology transfer of structural and electrical thin-film processes for advanced NAND memory. The role defines technical direction, leads cross-functional teams, resolves complex process and device failures, mentors senior engineers, supports technology roadmaps and industry collaborations, and drives yield, reliability, cost reduction, and manufacturing readiness. Candidates need a PhD or equivalent degree in a relevant field and 5–10 years of thin-film research and development experience for NAND processes, including CVD and diffusion thin films.
