Description
Micron is hiring a Principal Engineer – Dry Etch for its Advanced NAND research and development team. The role focuses on advancing dry etch methods, plasma chemistries, process technologies, and equipment capabilities for future NAND technology nodes, while managing high-performance chambers and process roadmaps to meet program and yield targets. Responsibilities include process pathfinding, data-driven decision making, AI/ML-enabled process learning, and collaboration with process integration and other semiconductor process teams. The position requires practical experience with ICP or CCP plasma etch technologies, semiconductor process development, plasma physics, materials interactions, and process integration.
