The role combines plan review, construction submission authorization, coordination with specialist planners, project management support, and technical guidance. Candidates need an electrical or civil engineering degree, OLA planning experience, recognition as a plan reviewer or construction submission authorised representative, knowledge of relevant German railway standards, CAD and project tools, and strong German and English skills.
