VMC Group is hiring a Principal Engineer – Test & Measurement to serve as the highest-level technical authority for complex structural analysis, seismic and wind certification, engineering standards, and product certification. The role governs finite-element analysis methodologies, reviews high-risk engineering deliverables, supports testing and regulatory activities, leads technical investigations and peer reviews, and mentors engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, or structural engineering, a Professional Engineer license, 8–12+ years of progressive experience, extensive structural-analysis and FEA expertise, and experience with experimental testing, building codes, and ISO/IEC 17065 accreditation.
