Micron Technology is hiring a Photolithography Process Development Engineer to lead photolithography process development for next-generation DRAM. The role owns lithography modules, develops and optimizes processes across 365nm, 248nm, 193i, and EUV, drives manufacturing-friendly solutions from concept through pilot lines and high-volume fabs, analyzes failures and process limits, and partners with integration, unit-process, equipment, and materials teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related field with 7+ years of semiconductor experience, or an MS/PhD with 6+ years in photolithography, along with deep knowledge of imaging fundamentals, overlay, reticles, OPC, and scanner systems.
