Description
NXP is seeking a Hardware Validation Lead to lead pre-silicon and post-silicon validation of automotive microcontroller products. The role owns validation planning, test development, debugging, automation, documentation, and reporting, and collaborates with design, DV, analog, firmware, and operations teams. Candidates need an electronics or computer engineering degree, at least 10 years of silicon validation and SOC leadership experience, and expertise with communication and memory interfaces, pre-silicon platforms, C, and Python-based test automation.
