Description
Alkermes is hiring a Principal Engineer to define and build enterprise platform engineering, automation, cloud operations, reliability, security, and artificial intelligence capabilities. The role partners with engineering, security, infrastructure, data analytics, and delivery teams to improve developer productivity, platform reliability, and secure AI adoption. It reports to the Senior Director, Emerging Technology and Engineering, follows a hybrid schedule with three days per week in the Waltham office, and requires 10+ years of relevant experience. The annual base salary is $180,000 to $210,000, with an annual performance bonus and competitive benefits.
