Principal Engineer, Post-Silicon Validation and High-Speed IO/Memory at sambanovasystems

SambaNova Systems is hiring a Principal Engineer to lead post-silicon bring-up, debug, and validation for high-speed I/O and memory subsystems in its DataScale AI platform. The role spans first-silicon power-on through field deployment, including characterization, stress and performance testing, cross-layer root-cause analysis, validation sign-off, design and SI/PI review, automation, and contributions to pre-silicon verification. It requires an M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, at least 7 years of relevant experience, expertise in multiple high-speed protocols, Python and bash scripting, and strong cross-functional leadership and communication.
