Description
Microchip Technology Inc. is hiring a Process Engineer to support the manufacturing and process development of its Chip Scale Atomic Clock. The role spans electrical, mechanical, and chemical engineering, including manufacturing support, process documentation, data analysis, yield improvement, equipment and process modifications, supplier coordination, quality control, automated manufacturing, design-for-manufacturing, ERP support, and failure analysis. The position requires at least 10 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 5 years with a master's degree, experience in complex new-product-introduction manufacturing, and the ability to work internationally and travel up to 25%. The annual base salary range is $75,000 to $232,000, with additional compensation and benefits.
