Micron is hiring a Principal Engineer to lead cell film process development for advanced NAND devices. The role defines technical strategy, leads cross-functional module development and technology transfer, resolves complex process and device failures, improves yield and reliability, and mentors senior engineers. Candidates need a PhD, master’s, or bachelor’s degree with the specified years of relevant experience, thin-film R&D experience, and expertise in ALD/CVD, process-device interactions, materials and process improvements, DOE, SPC, and data analytics.
