Micron is hiring a Principal Engineer to provide technical leadership for dry-etch process development across critical NAND modules. The role leads unit-process and critical-module development, cross-functional program delivery, process and technology roadmaps, high-aspect-ratio etch scalability, supplier engagements, technical mentorship, and risk reporting. Candidates need a PhD, master’s, or bachelor’s degree with the specified years of relevant experience, significant dry-etch process development or research experience, and expertise in plasma etch fundamentals, SPC, DOE, statistical analysis, and structured root-cause analysis.
