Description

Analog Devices is hiring a Principal Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering at its Limerick site to lead semiconductor manufacturing process integration, deposition work-center expertise, yield and quality improvement, root-cause investigations, data analytics, and cross-functional manufacturing strategy. The role is a senior individual contributor at P5 Principal level with emerging P6 Expert responsibilities, requiring a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and typically 10+ years of progressive semiconductor manufacturing experience. The position requires 10% travel and is scheduled for the first shift.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant technical experience.
Required Previous Experiences: Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in semiconductor manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, process integration, equipment engineering, or a related high-volume advanced manufacturing environment; fewer years may be considered with a relevant master’s or doctorate degree.
Technical leadership in complex manufacturing environments, including cross-functional influence and measurable improvements in yield, quality, cost, reliability, or manufacturing efficiency.
Practical experience applying structured problem-solving and data-led improvement methods to resolve manufacturing issues and sustain process performance.
Preferred Qualifications: Relevant master’s or doctorate degree may be considered for fewer years of experience.
