Description
Alkermes is hiring a Principal Engineer to lead late-stage small-molecule drug product process development, including scale-up and technical transfer from Phase 3 through PPQ. The role provides technical guidance and oversight at internal and external manufacturing sites, supports CMC and regulatory activities, manages CDMO activities, mentors junior staff, and requires significant travel to development and commercial manufacturing sites. The position requires a PhD with more than eight years of experience or an MS with more than fifteen years of experience, along with expertise in process development, design of experiments, scale-up, technical transfer, and pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies.
