Description
Micron is hiring a Principal Engineer to provide technical leadership for NAND Advanced Thin Films. The role defines and implements structural and electrical film process strategies, leads cross-functional teams through process development, integration, scaling, and technology transfer, and drives yield, reliability, cost reduction, and manufacturability improvements. Candidates need a PhD, master’s, or bachelor’s degree with the specified years of relevant experience, plus demonstrated NAND thin-film R&D and process development experience, including CVD and diffusion films. Required technical skills include ALD/CVD process design, advanced characterization, electrical evaluation, SPC/DOE, and novel chemistry or materials solutions; leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and executive communication are also required.
