Description
The role leads technical governance and program-level engineering for process-engineering projects, guiding technical managers and leads, evaluating talent, onboarding resources, supporting project delivery, driving root-cause investigations, and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships. It requires a B. Tech or M. Tech in Chemical Engineering and at least 20 years of refinery experience, with process-engineering and refinery-operations expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with process-simulation tools such as Aspen HYSYS, PRO-II, or HTRI.
