Giga Fab is hiring an experienced CMP Process Engineer to join its starting 300mm Advance Packaging Center in Singapore and the Unit Module Development team. The role involves developing and modifying CMP process formulations, methods, and controls; creating SOPs and FMEAs; evaluating product development requirements; integrating equipment and materials; driving continuous improvement; and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates need a degree or master’s degree in an engineering or science-related field and 5–7 years of experience in the electrical or electronics industry.
