Description
GlobalFoundries’ GIGA+ Fab is hiring a Lithography Process Engineer to lead the development of lithography processes for Photonics and Power unit modules. The role involves setting up processes, troubleshooting process issues, improving process stability and margins, coordinating with equipment and customer engineering teams, training engineers and application engineers, and deputizing the lithography process section manager. Candidates must have a relevant engineering or physical science degree and more than six years of lithography experience; Silicon Photonics experience is a bonus.
