ASM is hiring an R&D Principal Engineer, Process Engineering to develop and optimize advanced semiconductor deposition processes, particularly metal and dielectric films using PEALD and related technologies. The role involves experimental design, materials and process development, equipment troubleshooting, customer demonstrations, technical documentation, and intellectual property creation. Candidates need a PhD with 10+ years or an MS degree with 14+ years of relevant industry experience, hands-on thin-film deposition expertise, strong semiconductor process development knowledge, and English and Korean communication skills.
