Description
Infineon is hiring a Principal Engineer Process Integration for its Research & Development team. The role leads technology process integration strategy across manufacturing flows, optimizes process schemes, drives yield, reliability, cycle time, quality, and cost improvements, and leads technology transfer, new product introduction, process qualification, and manufacturing ramp-up. It also coordinates with cross-functional teams, implements cost-saving initiatives, and mentors engineers. The position requires a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in a semiconductor-related discipline and 10–15 years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, process integration, or related manufacturing environments.
