Description
Infineon is hiring a Power IC Yield and Quality Engineer to improve assembly and test yields for Power IC, gate driver, current controller, RF, MOSFET, and IGBT products at OSAT factories. The role collaborates with fabrication, packaging, test, quality, technology development, operations, and customer teams to reduce defects, improve quality, and achieve zero-defect goals. Candidates need a BS or MS in an engineering or science field, more than 10 years of relevant manufacturing, testing, and yield-enhancement experience, statistical and problem-solving knowledge, and strong communication and project leadership skills.
