WSP India is seeking a Senior Technical Lead Project Engineer to lead power system protection and control (P&C) engineering for transmission and distribution, renewable, and United States projects. The role covers conceptual design, cost and schedule estimates, detailed substation P&C packages, relay and SCADA design, engineering studies, equipment specifications, design reviews, client and cross-functional coordination, quality checks, and mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, 12–15 years of relevant experience, knowledge of UK substation protection and control standards, and strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
