Description
BAE Systems is hiring a Principal Engineer – Prototype Lead to establish prototype requirements and infrastructure for the SSNA Platform Complex Systems IV&V programme. The role leads capability and toolset identification, procurement, development, integration, and make-or-buy decisions for plant models, hosted functionality models, and system prototypes, while defining IV&V methods and evidence requirements. It is a full-time onsite position in Barrow-in-Furness with a salary of circa £55,000 and a closing date of 16 October 2026.
