The role owns Python-based analysis pipelines, message-driven orchestration, Windows VM sandboxing, detection capabilities, machine learning, and web interfaces, while establishing engineering standards, reducing technical debt, mentoring senior engineers, and ensuring production reliability. Candidates need extensive software engineering experience, expert Python and C/C++ skills, virtualization and malware-analysis expertise, production machine learning experience, and knowledge of databases, containers, and distributed systems.
