Infineon is hiring a Principal Engineer, Quality Management System, Processes, Methods, Tools to lead Burn-in quality methodology, reliability testing, defect analysis, Design for Stress, and continuous improvement across semiconductor manufacturing. The role serves as a technical lead and methodological expert, coordinates with technology, product development, and statistics teams, supports automotive governance, and provides coaching and knowledge transfer. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, at least six years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, expert Burn-in knowledge, cross-functional leadership experience, and familiarity with wafer manufacturing, data analysis, and semiconductor product development.
