GlobalFoundries is hiring a Semiconductor Process Integration Engineer to support 300mm semiconductor manufacturing and development in Malta, New York. The role owns the integration of silicon photonics process flows and technology modules, drives yield, reliability, defectivity, cost, and delivery improvements, leads experiments and hardware disposition, resolves line issues through data analysis, and coordinates with device and process teams. Candidates need a technical university degree and relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, integration, lithography, or process integration; silicon photonics, Lean Manufacturing, SPC, and DOE experience are preferred. The expected salary range is $85,000 to $146,000.
