Description
Analog Devices is hiring an experienced Process Integration Engineer to define process technology integration specifications and layout design rules for mixed-signal and BCD technologies, bridge device and fab process engineering, solve yield and reliability issues, and lead process and product qualification efforts. The role requires FEOL/BEOL, process DOE, test structure, device physics, reliability, and project management expertise, along with an M.S. or Ph.D. and at least seven years of semiconductor industry experience. The position requires 10% travel, is a first-shift day role, and offers a base salary of $180,642 to $261,579 plus a discretionary performance-based bonus and medical, vision, dental, retirement, vacation, holiday, and sick-time benefits.
