Description
The Principal Engineer will lead the end-to-end technical execution of a custom chipset from early product definition through launch, including chip architecture, gCPU and custom IP integration, physical design, silicon bring-up, and mass production. The role coordinates a global cross-functional workforce, manages technical dependencies, and leads complex hardware-software debug activities. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 15 years of custom silicon or SoC/ASIC experience, and 10 years of technical leadership directing SoC programs from concept to mass production.
