ABC Fitness is hiring a Principal Engineer to lead the architecture and hands-on modernization of critical software systems, transforming legacy database-centric applications into well-designed, domain-oriented software. The role combines principal-level technical leadership with direct implementation across backend code, APIs, data access, messaging, runtime behavior, testing, and production reliability. It is an individual-contributor position with no direct people management, requires substantial backend and distributed-systems experience, and offers PLN 460,000–470,000 annually plus benefits.
