Coherent Corp. is hiring an Embedded Software Engineer to design and develop optical networking software, resolve legacy bugs, maintain firmware documentation, and support validation, integration, and field application engineering teams. The role requires 8+ years of embedded software experience, 5+ years in optical networking, expertise in C and C++, knowledge of networking and virtualization technologies, and experience with Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps. The position is onsite at the Horsham, Pennsylvania location, with occasional off-site meetings or travel and possible overtime.
