Description
Pinnacle Specialty Group is hiring a Structural Engineer to provide design and construction oversight for structural engineering tasks, including structural analysis, concrete and steel structure design, foundation and anchorage design, and preparation of CSI specifications. The role requires advanced technical problem-solving, program planning, budget and schedule monitoring, reporting, and leadership of less senior professionals. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in an applicable science or engineering discipline with 5+ years of experience, or an MS with 8+ years, or a BS with 10+ years; the position also requires at least 10 years of nuclear or industrial facility design and analysis experience, STAAD knowledge, and familiarity with relevant building and safety codes. The engineer will perform weekly field walk-downs and must be a U.S. citizen.
