Infineon is hiring a Principal Engineer to lead and mentor a global team of System Application Engineers and provide technical leadership for advanced power conversion and energy infrastructure solutions. The role includes system architecture, hardware integration, laboratory validation, debugging, prototype evaluation, performance characterization, troubleshooting, and collaboration with R&D, product management, sales, and customers. Candidates need an electrical engineering or related degree, at least eight years of semiconductor or power electronics experience, and expertise in power converters, magnetics, EMC/EMI, system modelling, and simulation.
