Description
BAE Systems is hiring a Principal Engineer - Systems Engineering (Process, Governance & Maturity) to support the Systems Engineering Transformation project. The role oversees governance, requirements and acceptance management, configuration control, change management, engineering performance and maturity reporting, and the integration of Systems Engineering practices with business and project control systems. It is an operations-focused position requiring systems engineering knowledge, requirements and acceptance management experience, configuration and change management expertise, and familiarity with tools such as DOORS and Jira. The role is hybrid across four locations, with two onsite days every second week, and offers relocation support for eligible submarine roles.
