Description
The employer is seeking a Banking Project Manager to manage and coordinate large-scale banking system upgrade and implementation projects. The role leads project teams of approximately 50–60 members, oversees planning, execution, tracking, reporting, governance, risks, issues, dependencies, schedules, and deliverables, and coordinates business, technical, and client stakeholders. The position requires 11+ years of project management or PMO experience, strong banking and financial services project experience, banking system project management experience, experience managing large teams, T24/Temenos or banking platform upgrade experience, and strong project planning and delivery management skills, along with Spanish and English communication skills.
