Ricoh is hiring a Principal Engineer - Technology Architect - Generative AI in Exton, Pennsylvania, with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days in the office. The role leads enterprise generative AI architecture and technical design, builds cloud-native systems on Azure or AWS, and develops LLM/RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector and hybrid search, and metadata processing. Responsibilities also include supporting GenAI application delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing DevOps and API execution, and ensuring security, governance, and operational requirements are met. The position requires 10+ years of solution architecture and full-stack engineering experience, cloud and container expertise, and proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java, with an hourly rate of $94-$100 c2c all inclusive.
