Description
Infineon is hiring a Principal Engineer, Unit Process Development, Die Attach for its Research & Development team. The role leads process development from parameter scouting through optimization, verification, and process freeze; manages technical handovers and prototype builds; develops process documentation; collaborates with suppliers on tooling, equipment, and materials; applies statistical and analytical methods; and mentors engineers. The position requires a degree in engineering or a related discipline, at least 10 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, hands-on assembly-process knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
