GlobalFoundries is hiring a Yield Engineer for its 300mm wafer fab in Malta, New York. The role focuses on improving yield and product performance for 45nm and below technology nodes, supporting technology transfers and high-volume production, investigating yield and functionality issues, analyzing data and failures, communicating yield status to customers, and collaborating with Test, Integration, and Process Modules. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in circuit design, electrical engineering, or a related technical field, four years of relatable experience, and knowledge of semiconductor devices, circuit design, testing, and yield behavior; an M.S. or Ph.D. and semiconductor processing experience are preferred. The expected salary range is $85,000 to $146,000.
