The role combines senior project oversight, design direction, scope and quality management, contract and risk support, and business development across assigned markets. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least 15 years of senior project leadership experience, at least 5 years in the industry or a related field, and proven expertise managing clients, teams, and projects.
