Description
The Principal Engineering Manager leads EBAD's Principal Engineering organization and develops technical leadership across the broader Engineering function. The role builds the Principal Engineering team, strengthens problem-solving and product and process safety capabilities, improves engineering standards and technical practices, and provides senior technical judgment on complex aerospace and defense challenges. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of progressive engineering experience, leadership experience with senior technical professionals, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance and support DoD and ITAR-controlled programs.
