FYUL is hiring a Principal Engineering Manager to lead a critical engineering area and partner with Product and Design on complex product solutions. The role owns delivery from problem definition through execution, drives predictable engineering execution, maintains quality and scalability standards, and supports team leadership and continuous improvement. The position can be performed remotely or from the Riga office and requires significant experience leading engineering teams in product companies, complex product delivery, technical and product collaboration, and experience with the listed PHP, Node.js, Angular, data, infrastructure, and AI-assisted development technologies.
