HARMAN is hiring a Program Manager to own the execution of automotive products for customer bases, manage customer interfaces and relationships with Japanese OEMs, coordinate cross-functional engineering teams across multiple countries, and drive product development, schedules, costs, quality, risk, and acceptance criteria. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of related technical experience, five years in technical program management or customer resident engineering, native Japanese, English proficiency, automotive engineering knowledge, and experience with Japanese carmakers or their suppliers. The position is based in Ariake, Tokyo, Japan, with an additional location in Ota, Japan, and requires up to 25% travel, office or client-site work, and a HARMAN or customer-owned vehicle.
