Description
The Principal Engineering Program Manager will lead complex, multi-team data and platform programs within the Client Unified Platform team. The role owns program strategy, execution, dependencies, risks, resource allocation, governance, executive communication, and repeatable program practices, while leveraging AI and data insights and mentoring junior program managers. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, 10–15 years of program management experience in cloud or data platforms, deep data lifecycle and ETL/ELT expertise, advanced Agile experience, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and program reporting tools.
