Astera Labs is hiring a Principal Engineering Program Manager for its Analog/Mixed-Signal team in San Jose, California, onsite. The role owns end-to-end program plans for complex AMS silicon programs from specification through tape-out and silicon bring-up, coordinating circuit design, layout, verification, and validation teams; managing schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional stakeholders; and partnering with foundries and vendors. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, at least 8 years of semiconductor, IC, or hardware program or project management experience, and a proven record managing complex silicon or AMS/IP programs. The salary range is $160,000 to $200,000, with possible discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits.
