Description

Johnson Health Tech is hiring a Principal Enterprise Data Architect to lead the architecture, design, implementation, and evolution of its global enterprise data environment, including a Databricks-based lakehouse platform. The role covers ETL/ELT integration, data modeling, platform standards, data quality, governance, security, reliability, and global enablement, while partnering with enterprise, application, infrastructure, security, analytics, and business teams. The position requires at least 15 years of progressive technical experience, is on-site, and offers an annual salary of $138,000-$210,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, data management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 15 years of progressive experience in data architecture, data engineering, enterprise integration, software engineering, or related technical disciplines.
Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data platforms.
Experience serving as a senior architect, principal engineer, technical lead, or equivalent enterprise technical authority.
Experience integrating ERP, CRM, e-commerce, manufacturing, financial, logistics, and other enterprise applications.
Experience with source control, automated deployment, testing, monitoring, modern software development practices, documentation, and repeatable technical standards.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, hybrid cloud environments, Databricks Unity Catalog, governance, security, lineage, orchestration, and platform administration.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, data-product, data-mesh, domain-oriented, or federated data-architecture concepts.
Experience with change data capture, event streaming, message queues, real-time data processing, DevOps, DataOps practices, and global enterprise environments with multinational deployment requirements.
