Northrop Grumman Space Systems is hiring a Principal EO Signal Image Processing Engineer in Chandler, Arizona to support the Launch Vehicles business unit. The role develops and validates physics-based EO/IR models, image and signal processing algorithms, and simulation tools; supports high-fidelity seeker simulations, hardware-in-the-loop and real-time testing, and model updates; and presents technical findings to stakeholders. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree, 1–5 years of related experience depending on education, a current U.S. Government Secret clearance, and experience with C/C++, Python, MATLAB, HPC, and EO/IR modeling. The primary salary range is $108,200 to $162,400, with possible overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus.
